恶霸！

今天遇到了蛮不讲理的顾客，真的是无言！

感觉他们应该是malaysian因为他们讲的是福建话！

而且我都听的懂！

今天早上这位uncle 拿了两张有offer的voucher给我

Voucher上写着not valid with any other offer,那就是说一次只可以用一张

他坚持要用两张，还说ok，i go and find my wife!

他走后，后面的顾客就笑着对我说，he doesnt know the rules?

我笑着带过，

精彩的片段来了。

他和他老婆 双剑合璧 开始用hokkien交谈

说我们吝啬！ （拜托，到底是谁吝啬，坚持要用两个voucher？）

可是，多一事不如少一事，我还是给了他们 来堵住他的嘴巴！

他老婆: why i can use these at other muffin break except MORLEY?

我：one of the voucher is only valid at MORLEY *smile* (试问你何德何能能在别的地方用两张啊？）

他老婆:ya， thats why i m using it here!

看来她get不到我的point！

他：ok, fine. we pay separately! we use separately then! ok? you are the one who wants to make it troublesome. if you don want to give us this offer, don go and put these on newspaper!

我：these offers are not organised by us, but the head office *smile*

他: then go and complain your head office not us!

拜托啦！笨蛋都懂一次只能用一张啦

像你这样的顾客，我还是头一遭遇到

之后，他们就分两次换 （用同样的20 dollars note)

他依然不爽 就说 mai jiak liao! zao la!

他老婆：mai la, 我们又不是没有钱吃

她用福建话还有english来重复了两次！

还有很多 可是我忘了

他还要跟旁边的人complain 因为那个顾客一开始就在现场

结果顾客讲了一句：she is just doing her job! 还帮我们讲了一大堆好话

因为他们真的是很过分

可是, customer is always right! what can i do?

我只能说，你真的丢我们华人/malaysian的脸！
