停滯期 :(

減肥面臨停滯期
體重卡住一個星期了
怎麼辦?

剛才太餓,還吃了幾片餅乾 還有一杯yogurt
後悔!
停滯期該怎麼辦?教教我吧 !

我有试过维持了2个星期skip掉晚上的一餐,只吃一杯燕麦和苹果,深夜肚子饿就吃些谷粮饼。现在维持在49kg,所以隔2天晚上才吃一顿饭或面。当中辛苦当然是有的。靠自己的意念咯~
