减肥大作战的第二天

早上一起床就看了一大堆的减肥方法,减肥食谱
却不知到底该跟那一个
而且自己又是那种善变的



减肥大计 第二天
breakfast:a very small portion of comb cake
lunch: coffee
dinner: half of the drumstick + 1 bowl of 酸辣汤+ abit of kimchi + pickles

exercise: 30 min curves


say NO to rice and noodles :)))
