I went shopping with bro and sista today. Ibought few clothes for them, but none for myself. It's kinda unbelievable right? I also think so hhaha but i feel happier to buy for them than myself. I have more than enough clothes to wear already but of cos i wanted to buy more n more la still!

today i purposely go shopping so that i wont be staying home, kept munching foood! but i guess i stil failed today! i eat more than expected! and today i weigh myself, no difference! hopefullly is the period problem, i hope it wil drop off tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
i better weigh again tmr ! =(
DIET PLAN DAY 10
breakfast: yogurt + 1 banana
lunch: 1 packet of cream cracker ( but contains 6 piece!!! )
dinner: 1 small bowl of fry noodles and few pieces of beef + half orange
i better try harder tomorrow!
