减肥大作战 第六天


今天早上量了体重 = -0.2kg
我真的发现年龄越大,减肥越辛苦

可是没关系,我要long term的healthy diet ~


减肥大计 第六天

breakfast:1 orange
lunch: 1 black coffee + 3 slices of crackers
teatime: 2 slices of cream crackers
dinner: a bowl of 猪脚八珍汤(一块猪脚) + stir fry cabbage with carrot & tang hoon

exercise:30 min curves

好像今晚的晚餐吃好多哦~
可是我没吃白饭 哈哈哈

忘了拍我的八珍汤,今晚的特别好喝哟~

我已经要努力加油!
觉得自己的自信心一天天的减少
怎么办?

好低落

tips: Do u guys know why i drink black coffee everytime before i go to gym?
because coffee can help to enhance the fat burning in our body and also prevent water retention. but don drink too much, not good for our health too.
